McNeil Mavericks Relays

You will be excused from class after 2nd period on Friday.
Come down to the locker room and get ready so we can leave by 11:00. It will be a little chilly, so dress warm and allow plenty of time for warm-up before each and every event!
sample warm-up:
*jog a lap
dynamic stretches: knee tucks, quad walk, take a bow, calf stretch, toe suckers, franks
high knees, carioca, shuffle, A-skips, B- skips, fast legs rt & lt
several build-ups and several starts
If you feel tight at all see a coach and let us warm you up and stretch you!
